অথবা 09611 416541 নম্বরে কল করতে হবে। উপলব্ধ থাকলে আপনি একই অর্ডার করা
পণ্যের প্রতিস্থাপন পাবেন। অর্ডার করা পণ্যটি উপলব্ধ না হলে আপনি অর্ডার করা আইটেমগুলি প্রতিস্থাপন করার
বা একই পরিমাণ অর্থ ফেরত দেওয়ার সুযোগ পাবেন। অনুগ্রহ করে মনে রাখবেন, Immenso এই ধরনের প্রতিস্থাপনের জন্য সমস্ত শিপিং চার্জ
বহন করবে।

Return and refund

If you find any kind of problems after receiving your product (such as physically damaged product, the product does not function properly, product not same as displayed on the image), you can receive a replacement of your product.

You just need to inform us through an e-mail to info@immenso.com.bd or call us at 09611 416541 . You will get replace of the same ordered product if available.

If the ordered product is not available you will get a chance to replace the ordered items or refund the same amount.

Please, note that Immenso will bear all shipping charges for this type of replacement.
